All Primary and Elementary teachers at Lone Oak Montessori School, Inc. have Association Montessori Internationale Diplomas and are approved by the Maryland State Board of Education. A classroom consists of a trained teacher and a teaching assistant. Also on the staff is someone to help with administrative duties and to assist the classroom teachers when necessary.

It is our belief that the principles of Dr. Maria Montessori enable us to provide an environment in which the child's natural curiosity and joy in learning are allowed to unfold. Our school is dedicated to these principles.
