Tuition Payment Options
Option A: Full Payment
- Payment in full for the Annual Tuition Fee 2013-2014 Academic Year on or before August 10, 2013, payable to Lone Oak Montessori School, Inc.
- No Administrative Fee.
Option B: Two Semester Payments
- Payment of the Annual Tuition Fee in two (2) equal installments on or before August 10, 2013 and on or before January 10, 2014 utilizing the SMART Program.
- SMART charges a $45 administrative fee which is assessed to the Annual Tuition Fee.
- If there are changes made after the initial SMART enrollment, there will be an additional $45 fee assessed.
- A late fee of $50 will be assessed for a payment more than ten (10) days late.
Option C: Monthly Payments
- Payments made through the SMART Program in nine (9) monthly installments due the first of the month beginning August 10, 2013.
- The final payment is due April 1, 2014.
- SMART charges a $45 administrative fee which is assessed to the Annual Tuition Fee.
- If there are changes made after the initial SMART enrollment, there will be an additional $45 fee assessed.
- A late fee of $50 will be assessed for a payment received after the 20th of the month.
